Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat fee of R75 for delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on orders over R750 or more. You’ll be given this option at checkout.
Can I collect from you and not pay shipping?
At the moment we are only an online store and do not have a physical store. This means we are unable to facilitate collections at this stage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please email us on to email@example.com discuss the best possible courier option for you.
When will I receive my order?
Once the funds have reflected it takes about 2 working days if you’re in the Western Cape and 3-5 working days for the rest of South Africa. if your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be processed the following working day.
What if I need my order sooner?

Can I track my order?
Yes, once you confirm your order online, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel.
Can I choose a specific time slot to have my parcel delivered?
We’re afraid not. As we use a courier service who are delivering thousands of parcels a day—it’s almost impossible to schedule a time slot. The best thing to do is to have your parcel delivered to your work or maybe your friend or partner’s work address.
Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been shipped?
We make getting your parcels a priority—this means once you’ve receive a confirmation email with tracking number the parcel has then been shipped and we cannot cancel your order.
Returns & Refunds
Do you exchange or refund items?
We are happy to exchange or refund an item (except the below) within 7 days of purchase. Provided that the items are unworn and unused and still in the original packaging. Once we receive the goods and they are in their original condition we can either offer you a full refund, an exchange or a credit.
What items don't you exchange?
We do not exchange sale items, swimwear or intimate for hygiene purposes.
How to I make an exchange?
Email us to email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning your goods. Please note the return courier fee needs to be paid by the customer. If you’d like us to arrange it we can pick it up in Cape Town for R50 or the rest of SA for R100. Once your item is received, please allow 2 – 7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved returns.
What if I want an item that’s sold out?
If you’ve seen something you’d like that’s sold out—please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org. We often restock popular items and we can let you know if we’ll be getting more in.
If I have a question about an item, what can I do?
Please feel free to mail us any questions you may have to email@example.com, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What if I purchase a gift for someone?
Let us know and we will wrap it up real good for you—at no extra charge. We can even write a lil’ love note.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do! Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with the amount you’d like and we will email it to the lucky person.
Do you work with bloggers and influencers?
Not at the moment but we will be doing so in the future!
